The first Open House of 2026 for the Brookville Historical Society will be on Sunday March 8, 2026. The Spitler House/Community Museum and the Exhibit Building at 3 Hay Ave, will be open from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

At the Spitler House we will be playing a slide show of the moving of the Spitler House which began at 15 Hay Ave and ended at the completion of the move to 14 Market Street. The Exhibit Building has some new displays in the Community Room, such as a huge display of Boy Scout items and a display of Church Plates from our collection. 

Last tour at both locations starts at 3:00 p.m.

The Depot/Caboose building will not be open due to no heat in the building.  The first opening of the Depot/Caboose will be Sunday April 12.
