Membership Join/Renewal
Membership in the Brookville Historical Society aids in the society’s endeavor to provide for the historic preservation of our heritage through the collection of materials and research. It also helps in the support of the Spitler House/Community Museum, Exhibit Building/Genealogy Research Library and Depot Museum.
Membership is open to everyone. Paid members may visit the Historical Society Buildings with no additional charge during scheduled open days. There will be a charge for group tours. The Spitler House/Community Museum and Exhibit Building are open the second Sunday of the months March to November. The Depot Museum is open from May to October. Hours are from 2-4 p.m. with the last tour beginning at 3 p.m. The Genealogy Research Library is open by advance appointment. Call (937) 833-0285 for an appointment. All Brookville Historical Society properties are closed on all legal holidays and Easter and in the event of inclement weather.
The Society is an all-volunteer organization. The Board of Directors gratefully acknowledges each member’s interest and support and encourages you to be as active in the Society as your time and residence location permits. Regular newsletters will keep you abreast of special events.
Only your membership and donation of your time and artifacts can ensure that the preservation of the Brookville area’s heritage will be possible.
